KLM Contractors is a family-owned renovation company based in Doylestown, serving homeowners since 2002. Maciej works with homeowners on design and proposals. Luke coordinates projects and crews. Kris brings a craftsman's eye for proportion and architectural detail. The family stays involved as a project moves from the first conversation to the finished work.

Our exterior specialties include siding, stucco remediation, windows, doors, roofing, decks, covered porches and custom porticos. How We Work

Our crews are KLM employees, not subcontractors, and each one is trained for a specific phase of the work. That specialization shows up in the finished product and is what our clients tell us they notice most. Here is what you can expect:

Start With the Design

We walk through your goals, the existing home and the options you are considering. For an exterior transformation, renderings help you compare the proposed look before construction. The written proposal defines materials, scope and known preparation work so the decisions are concrete.

Plan the Work in Phases

On a larger exterior renovation, removal and wall repair, windows, preparation and flashing, siding, trim and painting may involve different crews. Luke coordinates the sequence for the actual project. A roof replacement, new deck and whole-house siding renovation each require their own plan.

Look Beneath the Surface

Replacing an exterior can reveal concealed conditions. During stucco remediation or siding replacement, the exposed sheathing, framing and water-management details need attention before they are covered again. We discuss discovered damage and the work needed to address it, rather than treating the visible finish as the entire project.

A homeowner may refine a trim detail, add an entry feature or need to address unexpected damage. Changes are documented and priced for approval before the changed work proceeds. Clear communication keeps the scope and your decisions connected throughout the renovation.
