"We feel as though we have become a part of the KLM family — that's the kind of interaction and relationship the Chechlas build with you. They are honest, sincere, take great pride in their work, and value you as a homeowner seeking their expert advice and quality workmanship. You get much more than what you pay for."
Rosemary Rocconi — Pipersville, PA

Val Shalbrack — Doylestown, PA
"They are priced correctly, flexible — willing to address requested changes on the fly — knowledgeable, with a well-trained workforce and highly professional. They were attentive to every request and always made a point to make it face to face, not a phone conversation. You have no idea how much that is appreciated!"
Charles Orecchio — Kintnersville, PA

You don't have to chase them — they frequently ask how things are going. Their ownership is present at the jobsite daily, quickly responding to your needs."
Tamara & Steven Schneps — Doylestown, PA
"We needed stucco remediation, new windows and doors, and a new roof — basically, we needed a new house on the outside. Maciej was able to craft an affordable solution with top-shelf products. We trusted KLM's advice with color, finish selections, and stone to coordinate the whole look. The final product was better than we had imagined. We highly recommend KLM Contractors."

"When we finally decided to remove the stucco and replace the entire exterior with Hardie Board, plus a new roof, we felt confident hiring KLM to do the job. Flora Petillo — Glen Mills, PA
"Work done with the utmost care, securing windows against possible leaks — also done perfectly. Maciek and his employees are very nice and helpful. If you are looking for the highest quality and the best service, I highly recommend KLM."
Piotr Matys — Furlong, PA
"By far the largest and most painless renovation we have undertaken, because of them. My project morphed when 25 new windows were determined to be needed, and they were installed in 20+ degree weather during the winter — and I hardly knew it happened."
Cynthia Ross — Doylestown, PA
"Working with KLM has been, by far, the best contractor experience we have had in the nearly 25 years of owning our home. From the beginning, Maciej was probing — physically and with questions — into the house, unlike any of the other salespeople we engaged. We have an older home with non-conventional structure, and Maciej and Luke raised the full spectrum of potential issues and the options for solutions. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the willingness to engage on even minor aesthetic issues is beyond anything we have experienced with other contractors."
Hugh Davis — Warrington, PA
"I heard about them through Pella Windows. They did not fall short of my expectations at all. I was most satisfied with them overall. I would like to recognize everyone for their exceptional service."
Donald Hellinger — Newtown, PA
"Maciej had wonderful suggestions for our front doors and helped us choose a beautiful look for our home. Luke was very attentive to our project and stopped by multiple times to be sure we were happy with the progress. We are so happy with the outcome — our neighbors and strangers walking through our development keep giving us compliments."
Valerie Goodyear — Furlong, PA
"The sales side with Maciej Chechla was exceptional. I was really impressed with their process and how they put everything together. Everything was laid out very nicely — I have never seen anything like it in my life. Luke Chechla was the project manager. He was in contact throughout the whole thing. We always knew what was going on."
William Collins — Newtown, PA
"Maciej never rushed me. He dropped off samples, shared photos of previous projects, and arranged for me to view materials in person. He even coordinated the delivery of larger Hardie Board samples to ensure I was confident in my color choices. While I received estimates from other contractors, my early meetings with Maciej are what ultimately sold me on KLM."
Flora Petillo — Glen Mills, PA
"We have the most beautiful outdoor living area thanks to KLM. Best contractors in Bucks!"
Seth Jackson — Newtown, PA
"Our project included whole house removal and residing, all doors replaced, a new deck, and much more. We were thrilled at the frequency and level of involvement from all three — Kris, Maciej, and Luke. KLM had good, consistent control of all. The overall experience was a '10.'"
Rosemary Rocconi — Pipersville, PA
"The design of the work was really nice — very nice. The products they used made for a really beautiful deck. Luke and the team were all great to work with. They are very hands-on. I would call them if I need more work done and would recommend them to others."
Tim Sauerwald — Doylestown, PA
"When I met with Maciej and questioned him thoroughly while walking around my house, he quickly aced my test questions. He clearly understood the difference between performing stucco repairs and remediating the issue. KLM will likely not be your cheapest option, but they are thorough, professional, and their crews are the most professional in the industry. Our house is now watertight and beautiful. Without any reservation, I would strongly endorse KLM for your remodeling project."
Michael Greenberg — Yardley, PA

"Watching the crews work is mesmerizing. Each person has a job and is professional in performing it. They take pride in their workmanship. Only quality materials are used no matter the project. There is no hesitation in recommending KLM Contractors. They are seasoned professionals who know how to get the job done correctly — stucco removal, new windows and doors, James Hardie siding, stone work, lighting, and new gutters, all while making sure things were as we contracted and open to making changes when we requested."
Robert & Joyce M. — New Hope, PA
"They removed the stucco which was failing in parts and applied Hardie Plank siding. They paid careful attention to detail throughout the project, their handiwork was exceptional, and they were very responsive to me as changes arose during the project. We have no hesitation recommending KLM Contractors for all your remodeling needs."
Pamela Pedersen — Doylestown, PA
"The team explained the stucco remediation process in great detail. We were introduced to products that fit our budget and were shown the computer-generated design of our home before the renovation began. The team is extremely professional and cared for our home as if it were their own. After 25 years of searching, we finally found the best contractors in the entire region."
Desiree Toneato — Furlong, PA
"I have hired many contractors over the years, but I would put KLM at the top of the list. KLM was timely, the workmanship was excellent, and their workers cared about the end product. They came early in the morning and worked until dark. This was in February."
